Carsten Höller at the New Museum

We’re big fans of our neighbor below Houston, the New Museum.  Not only is the building (and the view from the top floor) pretty spectacular, but they have great exhibitions.  If you haven’t been already, we highly suggest you go see Carsten Höller: Experience which is running from now until til January, 15th. More info: here.  To give you a teaser of what you might find over there, Laura Cooper Brown did a tour while the George Condo show was still on.  Enjoy!

Let the Sunshine!

Sunshine Cinema, located in the East Village on Houston Street, is our current go-to for interesting documentaries. We recently experienced emotions we didn’t know we had during Asif Kapadia’s ‘Senna’; and wistfully remembered a time when New York was the epicenter of the world of nightlife while watching our good friend Jen Gatien’s ‘Limelight’.  Both are still showing, go see!
